  1. In a bowl, rub the zest of two oranges and pour the oil to get a thick mixture.
  2. Shrimp cleaned. Rinse and dry flounder fillet.
  3. Season each fillet with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped onions. Put the shrimp on the fillet and spin it with a roll. Fasten a toothpick.
  4. Pour a little oil into the pan and put the garlic with rolls, fry on both sides.
