  1. Thinly chop the radish. Peel the apple from the skin and core, chop into strips, and leek in small rings.
  2. In a stewpan, heat the vegetable oil with chopped Korean style garlic and seasoning for carrots.
  3. Cut the cabbage into strips, sprinkle with salt and a pinch of sugar, season with vinegar and oil. Mix hands and leave for five minutes.
  4. Shrimp clear of shell, put in boiling water for 15 seconds. Set aside one for decoration, cut the rest into 3 parts.
  5. Put our cabbage with spices in the center of the plate, then – shrimp, apple straws and radishes. Garnish with leek rings and a whole shrimp, pour olive oil.
  6. Sprinkle the salad with freshly ground black pepper and black salt.
