- Thinly chop the radish. Peel the apple from the skin and core, chop into strips, and leek in small rings.
- In a stewpan, heat the vegetable oil with chopped Korean style garlic and seasoning for carrots.
- Cut the cabbage into strips, sprinkle with salt and a pinch of sugar, season with vinegar and oil. Mix hands and leave for five minutes.

- Put our cabbage with spices in the center of the plate, then – shrimp, apple straws and radishes. Garnish with leek rings and a whole shrimp, pour olive oil.
- Sprinkle the salad with freshly ground black pepper and black salt.
