  1. Rinse and clean the shrimp (remove the shell and intestinal vein).
  2. Peel and remove the avocado. Cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with lemon or lime juice (so as not to darken).
  3. Cut the cucumber along and remove the seeds. Cut into small pieces.
  4. Grind garlic (you can skip through the press or just finely chopped with a knife) and finely chop the basil.
  5. In a pan with 3 tbsp. oil fry shrimp for 1.5 minutes with each side until pink, adding garlic and basil.
  6. Put cucumbers and avocados in a salad bowl, add shrimps and season with a spoon of olive oil. Mix. Sprinkle with cedar nuts.
