Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 450 gr peeled medium shrimp
  • 340 gr linguine paste
  • 680 gr. ripe tomatoes
  • 5 tbsp. l olive oil as well as more for spraying
  • 2 – 3 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 1/4 Art. oregano, finely chopped

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large saucepan, bring the salt water to a boil. Add pasta and cook as indicated on the label until al dente; drain the liquid and return the pasta to the pan.
  2. Remove the peel from the tomatoes, cut into pieces. In the kitchen combine combine tomatoes, 1/4 tbsp. olive oil, garlic, oregano, 3/4 tsp salt and a pinch of ground pepper, grind to a puree with small pieces. Add the sauce to the pasta and mix.
  3. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Season prawns with salt and pepper. Add the remaining 1 tbsp. l olive butter in a pan, then put the shrimp in one layer; fry by turning once until they are cooked, 2 to 3 minutes. Add the shrimp to the pasta, mix thoroughly. Separate the shrimp and tomato pasta by bowls. Sprinkle with olive oil. The paste can be taken in the form of tubes so that the tomato sauce penetrates well, – recipe for pasta with shrimp.
