If you love shrimp as much as I do, then I advise cook at home a delicious salad with shrimp and sesame seeds. Losing weight you can make a salad in olive oil or natural yogurt, sprinkled with lemon juice.

  1. We chop the vegetables coarsely, tear the salad into pieces with our hands.
  2. Cook shrimp: salt, add red and black pepper, olive oil and juice of half lemons, bring to a boil. In water add shrimp. After boiling, cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Shrimp clear of shell.
  4. In a bowl, mix chopped vegetables and cooked shrimp.
  5. Add the salad with sesame seeds and season with mayonnaise (either natural yogurt or olive oil with lemon juice, if you prefer non-nutritious foods). Season to taste spices.
