Shrimp and red sti fry oranges

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 700 gr. peeled large shrimp
  • 1 tbsp. l corn starch
  • 5 red oranges
  • 3 tbsp. l rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. l honey
  • 3 tbsp. l ketchup
  • 1 tsp dark sesame oil
  • 230 gr. peas with trimmed tails
  • 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • 3 minced cloves of garlic
  • 1/3 Art. chopped dried chili de arbola (approximately 24 pcs.) or other dried small peppers Chile
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped peeled ginger
  • 4 feathers of green onions, cut into pieces 2.5-5 long cm.
  • 1 tbsp. l sesame seeds
  • Cooked ground rice for serving

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, season the shrimp with 0.5 tsp. salt. Add corn starch and mix; set the bowl aside. Вsqueeze the juice of three red oranges into a small bowl; add vinegar, honey, ketchup, sesame oil and 0.5 tsp. salt mix ingredients with a whisk. Cut the remaining 2 oranges into quarters, and then cut each into thin slices; set aside.
  2. Fill a large bowl with ice water and set aside. In the middle bring salted water to a boil. Add the peas and cook until it softens a bit, about 1 min. Drain pour the peas immediately into a bowl of ice water; give cool, then drain and blot peas with paper or ordinary kitchen towels.
  3. Heat a large non-stick pan or wok in a strong fire; add 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Add shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally until the shrimp ceases to be transparent and not a little podzolot, 1-2 min. Put on a plate using a slotted spoon.
  4. In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tbsp. l vegetable butter and chili. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the peppers lightly do not fry, about 1 min. Add garlic and ginger. Cook stirring until podzolotki, about 30 seconds. Add mixture with orange juice and bring almost to a boil. Cook stirring until the liquid thickens slightly, 2-3 minutes. return the shrimp and stir until warm, for about 1 minute. Add peas, onions and slices of orange; mix. Sprinkle stir-fry with shrimp sesame seeds and serve with rice.
