- Wash and peel the seeds. Then finely chop it and so chopped peeled garlic.
- Ginger grate on the fine side of the grater.
- Mix shrimp with pepper, garlic and half ginger. Cover with cling film and do not marinate in the refrigerator less than 2 hours.
