  1. Soak wooden skewers in cold water so they don’t burned in

  2. Wash and peel the seeds. Then finely chop it and so chopped peeled garlic.
  3. Ginger grate on the fine side of the grater.
  4. Mix shrimp with pepper, garlic and half ginger. Cover with cling film and do not marinate in the refrigerator less than 2 hours.
  5. Cut the peeled pineapple into slices of approximately 2 cm.
  6. Mix pineapple slices with remaining ginger and cane sugar.
  7. Cut the lemon into 8 parts.
  8. When the shrimps are pickled, pierce them on a skewer along with slices of pineapple and lemon.
  9. Preheat a grill or pan with a little oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked.
