Ingredients for the recipe:
- 700 gr. chopped giant shell prawns
- 110 gr. okra (okra)
- 110 gr. halved yellow green beans
- Grill Vegetable Oil
- 3 tbsp. l Sahara
- 1 tbsp. l olive oil
- 4 sliced 2.5-5 cm. Stalks of green onions
- 110 gr. melted butter
- 1/4 Art. dry sherry
- 1 tbsp. l Worcester sauce
- 2 tbsp. l plus 2 tsp seasoning Old Bay (seasoning for fish and Seafood “Old Bay”)
- Juice 1/2 lemon plus wedges for serving

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat grill to medium temperature and grease grill vegetable oil. In a large bowl, mix 2 tbsp. water, sugar and 2 Art. l Old Bay seasonings and mix until sugar dissolves. Submerge the shrimp and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Remove the marinade shrimp and pat dry with a paper towel. In a large bowl, mix the prawns with olive oil and add 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning. String shrimp, okra, green beans and green onions for 8 skewers 25 cm long.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, sherry, Worcester sauce, lemon juice and the remaining 1 teaspoon of seasoning Old bay Grill skewers until strips and shrimp readiness, 2-3 min. from each side. Remove the kebabs from grill and grease with a little butter with sherry. Serve with lemon wedges and remaining butter.
