- Peel and fry the shrimps until cooked, it will take about 5 minutes. You can also grill shrimp.
- Peel and finely chop the onion. My cucumber and finely chopped.
- We wash and dry the lettuce leaves, tear it into pieces with our hands.
- Tangerines (3 pcs.) Peel and divide into slices.
- Let’s prepare the salad dressing. Mix yogurt, juice 2 tangerines, soy sauce and lemon juice to taste. Everything mix.
- We combine vegetables, tangerines and shrimps, put them on a plate. Pour over the resulting sauce.
