  1. We send a pot of water to the stove and bring to a boil. Add salt. Dip the spaghetti in boiling water and boil until readiness. Throw the finished spaghetti into a colander and add some butter.
  2. Boil shrimps until cooked (send them to boiling water for 5 minutes). Cool, then clean.
  3. Fry the shrimp in a pan with olive oil.
  4. Finely chop the parsley and garlic.
  5. In a blender, beat the yolks with mustard, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  6. Pour olive oil, add parsley and garlic, mix.
  7. Put the cooled spaghetti in a salad bowl, add the shrimp and grapes (previously cut into halves). When serving pour the resulting sauce.
