We’ll prepare beautiful and tasty aspic jellies at home from shrimp, fish, green peas and carrots for the holiday. Make this dish not difficult, and it will become the decoration of the festive table.

  1. We clean the vegetables, send them to boiling water (1.5 liters), add bay leaves, peas, salt and simmer 30 minutes. Then take out the vegetables (only carrots are needed), broth filter through gauze (several layers) and in 1.2 liters of hot broth dissolve gelatin.

  2. Boil the shrimp for 5 minutes, put it in a colander, and clean it. Boil green peas for 3-4 minutes, lay them in a colander.

  3. We send the cod fillet to boiling salt water, cook for 10 minutes and cool.

  4. We cut boiled carrots into circles, cod into small diced, tear dill into small twigs (5 pcs.). In small containers (5 pcs.) put on a sprig of dill, pour the vegetable broth with gelatin (2 tbsp each) and cool for 15 minutes.

  5. Add the pieces of prepared fish, shrimp to the containers, green peas, carrot rings (all in 1/5 parts) in layers, pour vegetable broth with gelatin to completely cover contents, and send to the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

  6. Frozen beautiful aspic with shrimp and fish neatly remove, put on plates and immediately serve on the festive table.
