Boil shrimps for 2-3 minutes in salt water, peel, cool and cut lengthwise into 2 halves. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, softened butter, curry and salt (½ tsp).

Cut the long cucumber into thin strips (should match with slices of bread). Slices of toast bread cream mixture with curry, spread on top 2 slices of cucumber, 4 a leaf of cilantro and 4 halves of shrimp.

Cut the prepared sandwich into 4 parts and send to a plate. Using this method, we cook all the shrimp, cucumber, bread and immediately serve.
