Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter
- 1 bunch of green onions, cut into rings (white and green parts to split)
- 2 celery stalks, cut into cubes
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp. l wheat flour
- 1 tsp seasonings for fish
- 2 tbsp. nonfat 2% milk
- 1/2 tbsp. long grain rice
- 1 1/4 Art. fresh or canned corn
- 450 gr sea shrimp, peel
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 tbsp. l dry sherry (optional)

Recipe preparation:
- Melt the butter in a thick-bottomed pan. Add white slices of green onions, celery, bell peppers and fry, stirring occasionally for 4 minutes. Add flour seasoning for fish and fry, stirring, until the flour is slightly fried, about 1 min Add milk, 6 tbsp. water, rice and bring to boiling. Reduce temperature and cook at low boil until rice will not become soft, about 15 minutes
- Add corn to the pan and cook for 3 minutes. Add sea shrimp and continue cooking, another 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix in the sherry. Spill soup on plates and sprinkle with green onions.
