Shiitake Stewed Mushrooms

Shiitake stewed mushrooms – a detailed recipe for cooking. friends: Photo stewed shiitake mushroomsFood Photography: Curtis Aiken Time: – Used in recipes volumetric containers: one cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 30 fresh shiitake mushroom caps
  • 2/3 Art. sake
  • 4 tbsp. l soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. l Mirina
  • 2 tbsp. l Sahara

Recipe preparation:

  1. Wash the mushroom caps and cut off the legs. In a pan, mix Sake, soy sauce, mirin and sugar, bring to a boil. Reduce fire so that the liquid boils slightly, and lay the mushrooms.

  3. Stew for 7 minutes. Remove the mushrooms and use immediately for the salad (see Fish, Ginger and Shiitake Salad Recipe), or serve to meat.
