Shellfish pasta with low-calorie cheese sauce and baked tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp. l flour
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.5 tbsp. pumpkin puree
  • 1 can (350 gr.) Of concentrated milk
  • 0.5 tbsp. lean grated cheddar
  • 0.5 tbsp. low fat mozzarella
  • 1/4 Art. grated parmesan
  • 4 tbsp. spinach (approximately 100 gr.)
  • 2 tbsp. grape

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven in grill mode.
  2. In a large saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add shells and boil in accordance with the recommendation on the packaging. Drain the water the tide is a little separate.
