  1. Dice the meat and mix in a bowl with zira, cardamom, sesame oil and salt.
  2. Cut the eggplant into strips, put in a preheated pan with vegetable oil and fry until a crust appears.
  3. Dice the cucumber, tomatoes, cheese, add chopped onions and mix.
  4. For the sauce, beat eggs and garlic in a blender. Add 100 ml. vegetable oil, yogurt, cardamom, curry, white pepper, zira, salt and mix well.
  5. Heat a pan with vegetable oil. Put the meat out fry and add lemon juice. Lavash grease with sauce, put out eggplant, feta cheese, vegetables, meat and wrap.
  6. Heat in a pan until golden brown.
  7. Serve with sauce and vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
