Shawarma Salad: video recipe

  1. Initially, you need to cut the chicken into small flat pieces, add soy sauce, garlic, paprika and curry to them. Mix thoroughly and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until ready.
  2. While the chicken fillet is cooked in a pan, you can chop everything vegetables: cucumbers, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, Beijing cabbage.
  3. We prepare the sauce, for this we mix 1 tbsp. sour cream, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 tsp mustard, 2 cloves of garlic, paprika and curry taste, salt and pepper are also to taste.
  4. Now add all the vegetables in a deep salad bowl, there too – fried chicken fillet, season salad with our sauce and you can start tasting. Enjoy your meal!
