I decided to make bread for the sake of the experiment, but not how usually, and in milk. And it is very successful! It turned out just tender delicious loaf.

  1. Knead the yeast dough as usual. Instead of sugar, I used honey.
  2. The main thing is to knead well – at least 10 minutes.
  3. Leave for 1 hour to rise.
  4. After an hour, you need to knead the dough and form a loaf, put it in the mold, greasing the mold with oil. You can just a baking sheet.
  5. Leave for another 20 minutes for the loaf to rise in form.
  6. Grease with yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven 180º for about 20 minutes. If the loaf is well browned after 20 minutes, then it’s ready and can get out.
  8. Cutting the loaf is not worth it. Better bit wait
