Okroshka on whey is much healthier than on kvass, and less calories. Okroshka on such a basis can be made almost dietary or vegetarian. Depends only on your desire. Well, for my taste – it’s with ham.

  1. Shred greens, onions and dill as finely as possible. Slightly crush with her hands to give a fragrance.
