- Wash and dried chicken fillet into medium pieces, sprinkle with ground paprika, turmeric and a mixture of peppers. Leave on 15-20 minutes soak in spices.
- Bone pieces in semolina.
- Dip in the egg.
- Fry in hot oil in a pan over medium heat about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Transfer to another container and simmer for about 15 minutes with closed lid.
