  1. Wash and dried chicken fillet into medium pieces, sprinkle with ground paprika, turmeric and a mixture of peppers. Leave on 15-20 minutes soak in spices.
  2. Bone pieces in semolina.
  3. Dip in the egg.
  4. Fry in hot oil in a pan over medium heat about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Transfer to another container and simmer for about 15 minutes with closed lid.
