To protect our beloved men from high cholesterol and keep them healthy as long as possible, we try to limit consumption of fatty and meat. So let’s convince them that soup without meat – this is a very soup. Tasty, nutritious and healthy. We will also cook at home in the slow cooker.

  1. First peel the carrots with onions and chop them finely.
  2. Turn on the frying program in the multicooker (15 min) and fry the onions with carrots. After 5 minutes put the garlic and celery grated on grater.
  3. In a bowl, put chopped broccoli, cauliflower, peas. Start the Extinguishing program (15 min).
  4. After 15 minutes, put the potatoes and white cabbage finely chopped as well as zucchini. Add a bay leaf, salt and pour water to the level of vegetables.
  5. Turn on Soup mode on the multicooker (15 min).
  6. During this time, vegetables will have time to reach readiness, but not boil in porridge.
  7. Chop half the greens and toss into the soup. Let stand soup 5-7 minutes. Serve spilling on plates and garnishing with the other half greens.
