Seafood Vegetable Pizza

Pizza is a dish loved by many residents of our country. She is good both with tea and with beer or wine. If you are going to guests, it’s possible to cook this very open pie with filling, who came to us from Italy.

Or you can do it easier – order pizza at home with a card payment or in cash to the courier upon delivery goodies.

Seafood Vegetable Pizza Ingredients

If you want to surprise guests with your culinary skills, then make pizza do it yourself. For this you will need:

  • 500 grams of pizza dough (or just puff yeast or non-yeast – optional);
  • 2-3 tomatoes;
  • 200 grams of hard cheese, a little salty;
  • a jar of pitted olives;
  • 2 pcs. bell peppers of different colors (e.g. green and Orange);
  • 1 medium-sized eggplant;
  • 200 grams of not very large shrimp;
  • 200 grams of mussels;
  • parsley and dill.

Cooking

Get the dough and seafood out of the freezer. The dough follows cover with a bag so that it does not weather. Let it defrost. Seafood must be boiled in boiling salted water not more than 2 minutes. Shrimp clear of shell.

Paprika and tomatoes cut into thin slices, olives – into halves. Peel the eggplant, cut into circles, and fry them a little in vegetable oil. Green finely cut it.

Grate cheese on a coarse grater.

When the dough has thawed, roll it slightly with a rolling pin and put on a greased baking sheet. Now stack the stuffing. First eggplant, then sweet pepper, seafood, tomatoes, herbs and olives. Sprinkle pizza with cheese.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 20 minutes. Pizza ready. Enjoy your meal!
