- Rinse round grain rice in several waters until transparent, boil readiness according to the instructions on the package.
- Fry lightly in vegetable oil in a heated pan chopped onions.
- Add fish (zander, pink salmon, etc.), chopped pieces, fry together for five minutes.
- Then pour 2.5 liters of cold water. Boil.
- Add defrosted to low boiling fish stock assorted seafood. Put salt, pepper, cook for three minutes.
- Add boiled rice, cook together for another three minutes.
