  1. Chop the onion into a small cube.
  2. Chop the garlic
  3. Thaw a sea cocktail in advance, squeeze out the water.
  4. Bring the broth to a boil.
  5. Grate Parmesan.
  6. Fry garlic in a pan (medium heat) in butter with onions until transparent.

  7. Pour dry rice into the pan, mix everything thoroughly Ingredients.
  8. Reduce the heat to small.
  9. Pour the wine, and, constantly stirring, wait until it is absorbed in rice.
  10. Salt the rice.
  11. Gradually with constant stirring, start pouring the broth into fig. Pour the broth in parts of one ladle and wait until it absorbed in rice. Top up broth until rice will become soft and viscous.
  12. Pour in a sea cocktail, mix and cover for 5 minutes.
  13. Pour warm cream into the finished dish, mix again and let it brew for 5 minutes.
  14. Hot risotto, sprinkled with parmesan.
