  1. We clear the squids from the film, remove the chitin plates and rinse thoroughly under cold water. Put the squids in pan with salted boiling water and cook for 2 minutes. Sea Heart Salad
  2. Cool the squids, cut them in half and cut them into strips.
  3. We wash the rice and boil until cooked. Throw in a colander and cool.
