- Peel tomatoes and seeds, cut into small cubes. Stew for 5 minutes in a small amount of broth.
- Serve the soup by putting all the vegetables in a plate. Put meat on top and stewed tomatoes. Pour in warm broth. Sprinkle soup if desired greens.
