Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1.3 kg pre-cooked sausages for frying
- 6 tbsp. German light beer
- 1 tbsp. l caraway seeds
- 1 tbsp. l coriander seed
- 1 tbsp. l mustard seed
- 3 large onions, unpeeled, coarsely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, crush
- 1 slice of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbsp. l rapeseed oil

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the grill to maximum temperature. Put the beer together seeds of caraway, coriander and mustard, onions, garlic and ginger in large saucepan for broth. Add sausages. Place the pan on grill and bring to a boil. Stew sausages around 5 мин.
- Remove the pan from the wire rack and leave the sausages in the liquid on, OK. 30 min. Put sausages on a plate or chopping board. Lubricate the sausages with rapeseed oil and grill until they will not become crispy and golden brown, fry each side up to 4-6 minutes. Keep warm until serving. Recipe grilled sausages stewed in beer.
