Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the grill to moderate heat. Mix in a large bowl sausage, sweet potato, onion, celery, dried apricots and 4 branches of thyme with 2 tbsp. l olive oil. Sprinkle 1/4 tbsp. orange juice add 0.5 tsp salt and a little black pepper.
