Recipe preparation:

  1. Grate potatoes on a chopping board, salt, then transfer to a bowl covered with a towel, squeeze out the excess liquid. Over medium heat heat a large non-stick pan and pour into her olive oil. When the oil is hot, form 8 potato and meat cutlets 8 cm wide, 1 cm thick and put them into the pan.
