  1. Baguette with grains (you can take any) cut into thin slices (8 pcs.), Grease with oil, put in a mold and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 3-5 minutes until they become crispy.

  2. Peppers are chopped and finely chopped. Open the tuna, drain and grind with a fork.

  3. In the bowl we send the prepared pepper, add the chopped parsley (2 branches), mayonnaise, tuna and mix.

  4. We take out the crispy slices of the baguette, cool a little and rub garlic.

  5. Put the prepared fish mixture on fragrant slices with pepper, decorate with parsley leaves, slices of pepper, send to plate and immediately serve.
