  1. Smoked mackerel cut into fillets, remove the skin, send into a bowl and knead with a fork.

  2. Cut pickles into small cubes, radishes – thin slices, green onions with dill (leave a little) – finely.

  3. Add chopped vegetables, greens to the prepared mackerel, mayonnaise, mustard and mix well.

  4. Buns with poppy seeds (you can take any to your taste) cut in half, lubricate with prepared fish mixture, decorate with dill sprigs, put on a plate and immediately serve.
