  1. Boil chicken eggs for about 10 minutes, cool, clean and grind with a blender.

  2. Smoked mackerel, cut into pieces, grind with a blender and put in a bowl. Add eggs, tomato paste to the mackerel, mayonnaise and mix.

  3. Add capers to the fish mixture and mix.

  4. Cut the toast bread in half into triangles and toast in a frying pan without oil or in a toaster so that they become crispy.
  5. We send prepared fish mixture to crisp bread.
  6. Garnish fish sandwiches with slices of cherry tomato, parsley, optionally you can add chili peppers, place on plate and serve on the festive table.
