Sandwiches with Fish Paste

We’ll prepare simple and delicious sandwiches at home on festive table of salted red fish with eggs and mayonnaise. Garnish with chopped olives and dill.

  1. Boil eggs for 9-10 minutes, cool, peel and finely chop 2 PC. We put the oven at 160 degrees.

  2. In a bowl, mix the prepared chicken eggs, mayonnaise and finely chopped red fish.

  3. Slices of bread with grains (you can take any to your liking) softened butter, spread on a baking sheet and put in the oven on 10 minutes to become crispy. Cool the slices.

  4. With prepared fish paste, grease the crispy slices of bread.

  5. We cut the remaining egg into 4 parts, cut the olives rings. Put the finished sandwiches on plates, on top decorate with olives (1 pc.), dill sprigs, slices eggs and immediately serve.
