  1. Gently wash the eggs with a sponge and cook in water after boiling. 8-10 minutes. Cool, peel and finely chop.

  2. Spread the prepared eggs in a bowl, add finely chopped green onions, mayonnaise, softened butter, salt, ground pepper and mix.

  3. Cut the baguette into 6 slices, fry in a pan with non-stick coating without oil and cool.

  4. Aromatic egg salad put on crisp bread, decorate watercress and serve on a beautiful plate.
