We wash the carrots with a sponge, send to the pan, pour water and boil until tender. Drain, fill with cold water and cool.

Peel the prepared carrots and rub with cheese on a medium grater.

In the carrots, add the prepared cheese, mayonnaise, ground pepper, chopped garlic and mix.

Cut the baguette into slices, tomatoes into slices. Spread on 2 slices of baguette tomato slices.
