Recipe preparation:
- Fry the bacon in a pan at medium temperature, until crisp for about 8 minutes. Shift bacon on a dish lined with paper towels, then cut each slice in two.
- Mix basil, olive oil, lemon in a food processor juice, 1 tbsp. l water, 1/4 tsp salt, and pepper to taste. Grind all ingredients until smooth, then add mayonnaise and mix again.
- Toast bread in a toaster, then spread the slices with a mixture the basilica. Put half the slices of bread peaches, bacon and arugula, then cover with the remaining halves. Serve sandwiches with pickled cucumbers.
