Sandwich with chicken and vegetables: video recipe


Very tasty, hearty and easy to prepare sandwich! Chicken I prepared the fillet in advance and this amount is enough immediately for three to four sandwiches. But I cooked one, so if you you’re only going to make a sandwich, halves are enough for you one chicken fillet.

  1. First, let’s cook chicken breast.
  2. We wash the fillet, remove all excess fat and films.
  3. Spread in a container. Add salt, pepper and add to taste favorite spices.
  4. Add lemon juice, soy sauce and olive oil. Everything mix so that the fillet is saturated with marinade from all parties.
  5. Pickle 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to maximum temperature and set the mode “Grill”.
  7. Cover the baking sheet with foil.
  8. Put the fillet on a wire rack.
  9. We put a baking sheet under the grid so that all the liquid flows down and didn’t stain the oven.
  10. Bake the fillet for 25-30 minutes, turn over a couple of times. In 5 minutes until ready, you can turn on blowing so that the fillet is browned.
  11. While the filet is baked, we will prepare the rest of the ingredients.
  12. We wash vegetables and greens.
  13. Cut tomatoes into slices, cucumbers into thin slices. Green just chop the onion.
  14. We warm the bread slightly in a pan from two sides.
  15. Cool the finished fillet, cut into slices.
  16. Lubricate the bread with soft cottage cheese, sprinkle with black pepper and dried garlic.
  17. Top with chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes and green bow. If desired, you can salt a little.
  18. Cover with a second slice of bread and cut into triangles.
