Salmon rolls with curd filling

Very tasty rolls will turn out on the festive table, if they cook at home from thin slices of salmon with cream filling cheese, cottage cheese, green onions, peppermint and capers. Seeking a snack which is not at all difficult to do.

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cottage cheese, salt, chopped green onions, capers and mint.

  2. Spread thin slices of salmon on a plastic wrap in one layer and gently distribute the curd mixture on top.

  3. We turn the salmon with the filling into the roll using a cling film, wrap with a film and cool for at least 2 hours. Salmon roll take out, cut into 5 pieces and serve on one plate or on portioned with a salad of tomatoes and lettuce (mix).
