- We will prepare the necessary ingredients. Salmon cut into plates (not too thick).
- Prepare the dough: beat the milk with a mixer with the addition of flour, salt and eggs. Beat mixture until smooth and leave for 15 minutes at room temperature.
- Bake thin pancakes in butter. We give pancakes cool off.
- Each pancake is cut in half. Lubricate canned horseradish.
- Stack lettuce and a couple of slices on top of a pancake salmon.
- We turn our pancake with salmon roll. Finished rolls turn into cling film and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
