Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 205 ° C. In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, maple syrup, orange juice, 2 cloves of garlic and 2 tbsp. l water. Put the salmon filet and flip it over to cover marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  2. While the fish is pickling, put the cauliflower and broth in microwave dishes, cover loosely with cling film and heat until soft for 6 minutes.

Add cauliflower and broth, cranberries, pistachios, orange zest, parsley, 1/4 tsp salt, pepper to taste and warm, stirring. Serve with fish.
