Wash salmon fillet, dry and fry in oil with 2 sides until golden brown. Spread on a plate.

In the oil after salmon, we send finely chopped onions with garlic, fry for 3-4 minutes, add chopped dried tomatoes, dried basil, chopped parsley, paprika, salt, ground pepper. Pour in cream, water (about ½ cup), mix and cook over medium heat, until fragrant sauce slightly thickens.

In the prepared sauce we spread the fried pieces of salmon, turn over several times and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Remove the aromatic salmon in the sauce from the heat and immediately serve.
