  1. Croissants cut along.
  2. In a dry preheated pan, fry until crispy crusts.
  3. Cut mozzarella into thin slices.
  4. Slice the salmon thinly. Instead of salmon, you can use any other slightly salted red fish.
  5. Finely chop the green onion, chop the capers.
  6. Put lettuce, cheese and salmon on 1 half of the croissant. Sprinkle with cheese and capers.
  7. Cover with the other half of the croissant and squeeze. Have a nice appetite!
