- Croissants cut along.
- In a dry preheated pan, fry until crispy crusts.
- Cut mozzarella into thin slices.
- Slice the salmon thinly. Instead of salmon, you can use any other slightly salted red fish.
- Finely chop the green onion, chop the capers.
- Put lettuce, cheese and salmon on 1 half of the croissant. Sprinkle with cheese and capers.
- Cover with the other half of the croissant and squeeze. Have a nice appetite!
