Delicious rolls of tortilla, salted salmon, avocado and we will prepare cottage cheese at home for the festive table. Make them not difficult, and get a very satisfying and mouth-watering snack.

  1. Cut the avocado in half, take out the pulp with a spoon and cut into cubes.

  2. Salted salmon (you can take any red fish), cut into thin slices.

  3. In a bowl, mix the curd cheese (you can use creamy), lemon juice, mayonnaise, chopped parsley, ground pepper and salt. Apply the prepared mixture with a thin layer on tortilla cakes, add thin slices of salmon on top and spread evenly avocado cubes (½ part).

  4. Tortillas with avocado and salmon turn into rolls, wrap in film and send to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

  5. Cut chilled fragrant rolls into small pieces, spread on a plate with the cut side up, decorate with greens and serve.
