  1. Cottage cheese (½ part) spread on tortillas and evenly distribute. Wash the arugula and dry it on a towel.

  2. Add light-salted salmon (½ part) to the curd cheese and sprinkle with arugula (½ part).

  3. Pour all over with a little lemon juice.

  4. Turn the tortilla with salmon and arugula into a roll, wrap film and cool for 2 hours.

  5. We take out the finished rolls with fish and arugula, cut into put small pieces on a plate with a small amount arugula and immediately serve.
