  1. Thin slices of salami spread on cling film or baking paper in 3 rows of 5 pieces, overlapping each other to to form a canvas.

  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and horseradish, finely chopped green onions chopped. Grease the prepared canvas with cream cheese and sprinkle with green onions.

  3. Carefully, slowly, we roll the salami and cheese into a roll, wrap with cling film and cool for at least 2 hours.

  4. We take out the finished fragrant salami roll with cream cheese, cut into small slices, transfer to a plate, decorate greens and serve.
