- Fry the prawns with garlic and thyme for about 2 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, balsamic vinegar and 1 tbsp. olive oil.
- Wash bell peppers and cleanse of partitions and seeds, cut into straws. Cherry tomatoes are mine and cut into halves.
- On a dish we spread a hill mix salad, cherry, Bulgarian peppers, olives and shrimp. Pour the resulting dressing and serve.
