Gourmet, delicious salad of fresh tuna with vegetables, herbs. A whole piece of tuna is cooked at home in a dry grill pan. If a tuna is cooked correctly, then it is not overdried, but inside with pink pulp.

  1. Tuna steak about one and a half cm thick put on well preheated pan. Fry on one side for two minutes.
  2. Turn to the other side and fry for another two minutes.
  3. Chilled tuna with a sharp knife cut into small pieces.
  4. Cut tomatoes into small slices.
  5. For salad dressing, mix oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper.
  6. In a bowl, mix cherry, arugula, pour dressing, good stir.
  7. Put seasoned vegetables on a salad dish, lay on top pieces of tuna.
