I really like seafood, and especially shrimp. Despite the high cost of this ingredient, sometimes you can make a dish for yourself with this product. I propose to cook at home a delicious salad with tiger prawns, mozzarella and pine nuts.

- We will prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- Wash and dry lettuce leaves, tear with hands and spread on a plate.
- Boil quail eggs hard boiled. They need to be cooked literally 2 minutes after boiling water. Cool the eggs and cut into halves, spread on lettuce leaves.
- Cut the tomatoes into halves and put them on a plate.
- Cut the mozzarella into halves and spread on salad.
- Fry shrimps for 2 minutes on both sides in a skillet with olive oil.
- Spread the shrimp on lettuce leaves. Spray salad lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, lay eggs on top, tomatoes, cheese, add a little olive oil and sprinkle greens and pine nuts.
