For example, from strawberries and melons you can cook a stunning delicious salad for B-B-Q. Sliced fruits mixed with fresh spinach, cucumbers, onions and dill, and all these tastes will tie together vinaigrette dressing with mustard. Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1/4 part of a small red onion, finely chopped
- 450 gr strawberries, peeled and cut into 4 parts
- 1 English cucumber, chopped
- Half a small cantaloupe melon, peeled and chopped (about 2.5 tbsp.)
- 2/3 Art. fresh dill chopped
- 4 tbsp. spinach (approximately 100 gr.)
- 1/3 Art. vinaigrette dressing with mustard (see recipe below)

Recipe preparation:
- Soak red onions in cold water for 10 minutes, then drain water and dry the onion.
- Combine onion, strawberries, cucumber, melon and dill in a large bowl. Salt and pepper to taste, mix, evenly distributed Ingredients. Let stand until the cucumber makes juice, about 10 minutes.
- Add spinach and vinaigrette dressing to the bowl, salt, pepper and stir to coat the vegetables with dressing.
- Vinaigrette dressing with mustard. In a bowl, mix 1/4 Art. white wine vinegar, 1 tbsp. l Dijon mustard, 0.5 tsp. coarse salt and a little ground black pepper. Slow pour 2/3 tbsp. olive oil whisking constantly while dressing until it becomes thick and uniform. Salt and pepper to taste. Output: about 1 tbsp.
