  1. We take squids (it is better to take mini-squids), we clear from films, rinse and spread on a napkin to get rid of excess moisture. Smoked suluguni rub on a coarse grater.
  2. On tomatoes we make shallow cruciform incisions. Omit in boiling water for half a minute and immediately cool in water with ice. Take off peel, on six tomatoes we leave green stalks.

  5. Coarsely chop the pepper and zucchini, fry with squid (with tentacles) on a grill pan with the addition of olive oil. Fry until a golden lattice appears on both sides. Season to taste.
  6. Put vegetables in a deep plate, pour with dressing from tomatoes, parsley and garlic, beautifully spread the squid and cherry tomatoes cut in half. Sprinkle the salad with grated cheese and season with olive oil.
